![]() So I have the 2022 edition that does not work for my needs and I have to pay for the upgrade to get working software again. I was informed that no additional updates would be provided for the 2022 edition and I would have to pay to upgrade to the 2023 edition to correct my issue. I have contacted On1 and asked if the update that would correct the issue I was having would be an update to the 2022 plugin or would I need to pay for an upgrade to the 2023 version to get working again. I received an email from On1 today announcing the release of their 2023 plugins including NoNoise AI. I take this as an acknowledgement that there is an issue with the 2022 version of the software. I sent them log files as requested and I received an email last week from On1 support stating that the issue would be corrected with the next release coming this week. ![]() I have contacted On1 support and have gone through the normal troubleshooting issues with no change in behavior. ![]() The export process for a batch of images simply copies the original image to a new directory. Everything appears to be working fine, previews are good, exporting a single file works fine, syncing or changing the sliders for individual images works fine, but when exporting a batch there is no processing that takes place. Over the past few months I have been having issues with the batch processing. I have preferred NoNoise AI over Topaz DeNoise AI primarily because NoNoise seemed to handle the textures and patterns of player uniforms much better. I do this for sports images where I export and process 100+ images at a time for quick turn around. I have been using On1 NoNoise AI standalone to process batches of exported JPEG images.
